Being allergic to glutamate, I tested the soup on purpose to see and I was happy not to have a problem after eating. The very adorable boss explained to me that she uses bones and meat as it is necessary to give taste to broth instead of using glutamate as a taste booster. I also tested bún chả Hà Nội, grilled pork meat. It's very good too. I'll come back to test other dishes with pleasure

Certainly the best Vietnamese restaurant in the region, everything is excellent, very good value for money, freshness of the products: the Bo Bun is to fall, the caramel pig melts in the mouth and the nems are succulent.
