Very nice setting and dining, but unfortunately the service is deplorable!20 minutes to have a beer. Our dishes ready, cooled 15 minutes on a counter before a waitress brought them to us! Really bad!

Room staff are incompetent, cold served meals, when paying, forced to help the poor waitress to calculate when adjusting the addition several times.. And thank you for food poisoning!

I put two stars for the quality that improved. Only we were entitled to a memorable evening, unfortunately not in the right sense of the term.. Arrival on site our reservation has not been taken into account. The wait is endless, the waitress frankly soft.. It’s 22:15, we arrived at 20:15 and we still don’t have our desserts, because we’ve seen the fast food better.

Unending and finishing crêpes burnt and rafistoleum. We left without eating and paying. Disrespectful and not commercial manager for a penny. If you want to eat good pancakes go to the Peixotto Park ride, they are excellent. Surrealistic experience with a benchal fir crossed on the ground fortunately without children below. Anyway, we're not ready to get back to it.

Long waiting before a server takes the command. The user-friendliness of the server is not at the rendezvous.
