In my opinion, they serve the best medium-heavy wings. Almost all the food we've tried is at least good. However, prices have increased across the board in the last ten years. The menu is extensive and packed with various options. We do miss the ambiance of Dublin, but thankfully, the wings, fries, and ribs are still consistently delicious choices. During this visit, we encountered a couple of issues in the kitchen. The waitress noticed that our fries were overseasoned when she brought them to our table, and thankfully she mentioned it and brought us a fresh order. The nachos we had initially were terrible; the chips were old and stale. The waitress was very accommodating and took them back, and the next batch was fantastic. We also received two wings that were overcooked and very limp, but overall, the wings were great. Had our waitress not been as friendly and attentive as she was, we might not have considered returning to this place. We ultimately give it four stars due to the tasty food, pleasant atmosphere, and the friendly service. Otherwise, we would have rated it only two stars.

Sometimes they just want a big burger and pommes that is not really a chain. eating is good. it's a bit more sportable than I like to dinner, but the people are very pleasant and I had a beautiful salad.

Chicken tenders were dry. Blackened wings were only okay. The floor was ridiculously sticky. I think it needed more than a mop at that point. The first chair I went to move, I had to use a little muscle to free it from the sticky floor. The server was super nice. The order was correct.

Had dinner there last night. Simple soup and salad. Salad had a piece of plastic in it and was brought to the attention of the server. Received bill and was charged for the salad. When I ask to speak to the manager I was told that there was no manager on duty. Bartender agreed to deduct the price of the salad from my bill. Will not eat there again.

Not only did it take nearly 45 minutes for our food to show up, our waitress was very rude and inattentive. They may have been short handed, but clear across the restaurant, we heard the waiting crew loudly speaking about my husband and the color shirt he was wearing, likely due to referencing him or something. It was so loud that we both perked up like maybe we had done something wrong. I asked for two specific sides and they brought me something entirely outside of what I asked for, and was willing to pay for. Our waitress didn’t even so much as say a single word to us upon curtly slamming our check on the table and running off. Look, I work in the food service industry. I get it. Sometimes days suck. But it’s important to at least smile and be humble, you’re the face of the company. No one here had tact, the staff was so loud and kept going on about how short handed they were, but the restaurant was literally half empty, on a weekday, well after lunch time. It was a weird, off putting experience and we won’t be returning.
