Blaze Pizza - Tallahassee

I went to Blaze for the second time today and it was absolutely delicious! The first time I tried their cauliflower crust and I didn't like it at all. I'm glad we decided to give it another try because the regular dough was much better! The pizzas were larger than I expected and were loaded with fresh toppings. The pizzas were cooked quickly right in front of us, which I found to be really cool. You can create and customize your own pizzas with a variety of toppings to choose from. Everything is made fresh on the spot. I love it! We will definitely be visiting Blaze more often.

This restaurant offers a variety of crusts to choose from, including gluten-free and keto options. They have a wide selection and tasty salads. I will definitely be returning!

Blaze Pizza is amazing! The prices are fair for the portion sizes. The pizza has a thin crust that is nice and crispy, but it may not be very filling if you're really hungry. Overall, it's a good value for the portion size. I highly recommend trying the build your own option!

Surprisingly celiac friendly! I came in at lunch and ordered a 11? pizza with the gluten-free crust. The gentleman behind the counter asked if it was an allergy or preference. Once I identified that it was an allergy, the manager on duty took over, making it herself, answering all of my questions. She even made a point of using fresh utensils for the sauces and ingredients to avoid cross-contamination. Everyone was super friendly, attentive, and helpful. I felt so welcomed and taken care of. And the pizza was fantastic! Everything I wanted! I can?t recommend them highly enough, and I will definitely be coming back soon! Two thumbs way up, and five stars!

I was absolutely ecstatic to find out that Blaze had vegan options here. I had the pleasure of trying out the half pizza with the cheesy bread combo called the ?Take Two ? . The toppings i put on the pizza was vegan cheese, red sauce, vegan, chorizo, onions, and as a finishing was bbq sauce. This pizza was truly chefs kiss and had to be one of the best slices of pizza I?ve ever had from blaze. The cheesy bread, just had the vegan cheese on top with a little oregano and other herbs , I believe and was given a side of marinara. Unfortunately I feel as though the cheesy bread was rushed in terms of cooking and the cheese didn?t get to really brown as much as I would?ve liked but regardless it was still good and I loved my meal. You guys should definitely try this out and try out the vegan cheese and vegan chorizo. Sooo Worth it !
