If you're vegan or have food allergies, do not come to this location. the cross contamination is insane. steak in the tofu. peppers in the beans. corn in the sour cream. and if you tell them that there's steak in your bowl, they're rude and demeaning.

Im a very frequent customer and today was the day that I will no longer be going to this location... Ive often vouched for this place out of all locations in tally but taking a step back and actually looking, the staff have no care to cater to their customers. All these people care about is clocking in and clocking out but in reality its more to it than that. The quality of the food has just gone downhill. Also depending on the crew in there I know whether to turn my a around and eat somewhere else or not. The rice is always undercooked, overcooked, and has no cilantro or anything. They always tell people they 're out of stuff bc they are just too lazy to make it. The only good employee there is the spanish boy with the glasses 10/10 service, other than that everyone else sucks!

Im giving minimal stars cause they charged me for guac they didn't have and did not offer a solution other than coming back to the store. My card should have never been charged for guac on a pickup order. They should have called to let me know they were out.
