Contribuisci feedbackThe service at both the counter and drive-thru window at Intercom was terrible. Both cashiers and the manager had bad attitudes. I would not recommend this place to anyone. It is important to handle situations professionally and maintain a positive demeanor, even if the cashier is in the wrong.
Your employees look like we're uncomfortable for them. Food is hit or miss here. Sometimes good, sometimes stale rolls and little effort to present the food. Oh, and clean the parking lot, dining room and bathroom, my God
DQ believed I would enjoy a Bacon / cheese triple combo, the line was long the employees working ethics is bad and giving customers cold food is not fair at all. I took my food back to get my money, replied the manager, I knew you were coming to get your money back. Then this is the case why spend cold food to get my money. I'm sorry DQ needs to get better that every hot fresh food deserves.
Our visit was really good. That's my second time I get the ****. I love it! It was perfect both times. The guy in the window was very polite.
I wish there was a zero star option for this place. This is hands down the worst customer service, longest wait, and lowest quality food I have ever experienced at any Dairy Queen location. This place is terrible. The management and staff are all awful, from top to bottom. I waited in line for 45 minutes just to receive a messy cone and a melted Blizzard from a rude teenager wearing a shirt that said "made to defy gravity". The ice cream was dripping everywhere as I drove away.
