Wait staff are trying in a bad environment. Wait time wasn't bad, it was the lack of everything. Started off with no chocolate for milk. Ok no big deal we will take orange juice. Only had one glass of orange juice when we needed 5. Well we will have sweet tea then. Nope no tea made at 10am. Ordered food and had to change what we wanted 3 times because out of more stuff. Then went to the bathroom and had no toilet paper. Let just say I'm impressed that on a Saturday morning at 10am a place could be so unprepared

IHOP has fallen off! We stood at the entry 5 minutes before anyone even talked to us. Wasn't busy. Random Thursday 10am. Ordered one of the new Benedict meals. It was horrible. Poached egg was hard boiled, hollandaise sauce was gross, the shredded beef was DRY. Strawberries on pancakes were still frozen. Horrible. I had to go to the kitchen to tell the server we we're leaving.

I have been to good Ihops, I have been to some bad Ihops but I have never, ever been to one of the worst places like this one. We were there for like 15 min and no one came to assist us. The server came to the front and saw us but did not even greet us. One of the customers sitting actually had to come get her own menu. When the server came to the front a second time, I had to talk to her cause she saw us again and didn 't even greet us AGAIN . I asked her are ya 'll open she said 'we are open, we 're just trying to get everyone out so we can get you in . I understand if they are under staff but at least greet the customers. I think because we are Hispanics we weren 't helped right away.

Food was good and hot. They were short handed but still got our food to us in a timely manner. Favi was an incredible employee he waited on our table, put food together in the kitchen, cleared tables and sat people. Whatever needed to be done, he did it.Dietary restrictions: Their gluten options tastes great.
