Insomnia Cookies - Tallahassee

I have never screamed so loudly in my life. I ordered cookies through Uber Eats, and they were left outside without any notification—no knock, call, or update from the app to inform me they had arrived. When I finally discovered them outside and brought them inside, three large roaches crawled out! Those seals on the boxes don't keep the roaches out. Please make sure to notify your customers when an order is delivered! Usually, the app updates to show when something has been delivered, but I received no notification this time. Even a small knock would have alerted my dog. This was a terrible experience.

Always a delight! Be sure to grab some cookies and ice cream. The staff here is consistently friendly and quick.

I absolutely love this cookie shop! I was really craving their churro-filled cookies and white chocolate macadamia nut cookies, so I left Albany at 11 p.m. just to get some! Luckily, they're open until 3 a.m. And let me tell you, they are always fresh and hot! If you haven't tried them yet, you really should!

My partner had been craving cookies for a while and we wanted to try someplace new. There were about five or six people behind the counter standing around and talking, with one woman at the registers. I asked for a sample of the coffee flavored ice cream and the woman at the register had to ask if she was allowed to give me a sample, I assume she was a new hire. It tasted good and she was very polite! We got home and my partner ate one cookie that night a few hours after purchasing and didn't really go crazy for it. However, a few nights later he found the other cookie in the back of the fridge, and after reheating, loves it!! So, long story short, eat your cookies warm! Either immediately after purchasing, or reheating on your own time! They definitely retain quality sealed in a ziplock in the fridge, and microwaving for a few seconds bring the flavor back to life. I didn't know I had to do the cookie magic deals via the app, the cashier was very accommodating and I was grateful . We had drove quite the distance to try these cookies and glad it wasn't a wasted trip. Thank you again ??
