Excellent eating, great service, have never problems here. the personal is very courteous and professional.

Extremely disappointed I called the tennessee Street location at 9:20 a.m. to put a job. two country clubs on weizenbrot and I was told that they can't accept my order because they only had enough brot for a sandwich. my wife went to another place just to get our dinner.

Shoutout to the guy with short brown hair and glasses that always my delivery during the week about 1-4 P.M to kavakaze, he is very nice, fast and makes a good work!

Usually this place is okay. Tonight not only did I receive my order wrong but the lettuce was completely 100% soggy which makes these subs almost slimy and the lettuce pulls apart and rest on your lips after each bite which is absolutely revolting. Another complaint I have with this chain as a whole is that if you do not finish your sandwhich during your sitting it will no longer be good after 15 min. Honestly I'd save your money and get some lunch meat from Publix.
