I appreciated that a lettuce wrap is even an option, but the veggies were scarce in the veggie sandwich and I 'm still very hungry!
No napkins anywhere better bring your own. I'm sitting in this store now and not one person has a napkin,not one. Been coming in here all week because I'm working in the area. Your sandwich is prepared and rolled up and laid on the counter,no bag no napkins not anywhere available.
I don't think I have ever had a single issue with Jimmy John's until ordering from this location, and then it seems like there's always an issue. I placed an order for two subs, my boyfriend's arrived alright but they added extra things to mine and I can't even eat it. This was my dinner before trying to get some rest and now I'm sacrificing more sleep just to be able to eat something before bed. The manager tried to get me to just accept a credit for the night but I'm really hungry and it's not my fault they added extra things I did not pay for to my sub.
I ordered two sandwiches online. However, when I arrived home and began to enjoy the food. I noticed the bottom of the bun was extremely hard. At this moment, the sandwich was no longer enjoyable. Next, I called Andrew (Manager) and he offered to remake the sandwiches. Meanwhile, I did not return to the store because I live forty minutes from this location. In addition, it was a nice gesture for Andrew to offer to remake the sandwiches but due to the inconvenience I removed the bottom of the bread and continued to try too enjoy my food. Furthermore, it was my fault for not checking the food before I departed.
