Locos Tacos - Tallahassee

The BEST tacos. On my first visit, I tried 3 different varieties of street tacos (carne asada, pastor campechano), and loved each one of them. Ultimately, the pastor were my favorite. My husband got the regular tacos (beef chicken), and he really enjoyed them too. The queso is absolute delicious as well. Since then, I 've been 3 or 4 more times, and gotten the pastor street tacos every single time (with chips queso), and they 're so amazing every time. And the green, creamy avocado sauce it comes with is delicious too. This is now our favorite place to get tacos in town (and honestly, probably the best I 've ever had anywhere since our honeymoon in Cancun), and we will frequent quite often especially since it 's just 5 minutes from our house!

Locos Tacos is nearby my apartment and FSU and it's a reasonably priced delicious place to get good Mexican food when you're craving it. During these troubling quarantine days, I was craving some Locos Tacos and I ordered a veggie bowl and I thought the price was great and the quantity for the price was a huge bonus. My bowl tasted amazing! My sister ordered a steak bowl, and she actually got an upset stomach afterwards, which is why I gave 4 instead of 5 stars. However, we had ordered burritos from here before and were thoroughly satisfied. We will definitely keep coming back, just being more careful about ordering steak next time ;

I've come here twice and the food and service has been great. I got a shrimp taco salad and a veggie taco!! Both super good!!!! Everything was perfectly seasoned. My new favorite Mexican place now.

Not sure why this place isn?t busier on ?taco Tuesday?! This is my second time here on a Tuesday and unfortunately, it?s pretty dead. Their Al pastor tacos are pretty good. They aren?t like tacos el Gordos in Vegas (which is how I base all al pastor tacos) however, they are a good holdover until I can get back to Vegas. The street tacos are packed with flavor, but I don?t believe they use the trompo. The only downside is they don?t give you radishes or pineapples. Overall, they are good and I will return again. Oh and the 2-4-1 margaritas are a hit!

The people were nice, but the food was horrible. They were busy. I'm wondering what people see in this place besides kind people and drinks. The chicken tasted like canned chicken. I only spent $26. At least the sauce and the tamale tasted good. Don't buy the food on sale, y'all. Just don't!!!
