When Mr.Cole is here, I know my food from the charts will be amazing!! Great service. Always check my food and always have a smile. ? Everyone should take notes from Cole!!! Rachal always kills it!! We ordered on our mobile app and set it for board pickup. Wait 30 minutes after our pickup time. So we went in. The girl who helped us gave our food to another couple without asking their name. The girl just assumed that the name was on the ticket for someone waiting inside, not on the board pickup? No one ever came out to ask if we helped or what our name was. We finally got our food and it doesn't have our sauces or salsa. Every time we come to this place, we miss something or it takes longer than promised. This time we barely managed. Thanks to the cooks that made the food for us new and gave us additional chips.(The food tasted fantastic!

How did I forget this place? I wasn't in Tijuana Flats in a couple of years, then someone suggested we eat together. I don't forget. The food was all as good as I remember being it!! I HIGHLY recommend this place!

Precise service and delicious food. Occasionally make them mistakes to go to orders, so make sure you check. Including Burrito ingredients.

This is the worst excuse for a eatery, we waited for an hour with a group of students on a trip and never got our food. We were told the order ticket had been thrown in the trash !! Did the staff try to get us taken care of NO! They said they had other orders to handle! After a heated depart we were able to get a refund!! It was not easy!! So 9 kids and 2 got back on the bus with No lunch!!
