I worked in fast food and it's not hard to read just what's on the ticket and put it in a bag. I don't understand how it's EVERY order that I messed up here. This place is a literal waste of money as you don't get everything you pay.
I went for breakfast for the first time, personally? It was terrible. Never again. But until Hamburg's cheeseburger, the best in business. Period.
I went out my way on the bike to get a $2 Frosty Keychain day I had already paid for. At first, I wasn't in the system. After ten minutes or so, the employee found my name, but not the order. After waiting longer, I was told to call customer service. Then I had to go home in the dark by bicycle. I have sent several requests on the website for a resolution on this. At this point, I will write out the $2 and not frequently Wendy 's again. The time I wasted to not mention the unplanned cycle in the dark has left a bad taste in my mouth, which I will not forget soon.
Good idea delicious, but I'll get through at 6:30 in the morning. They say the open at 6:30. They're rarely ready and I'm going anywhere or just waiting, I'm time. If you are open at 6:30, you should be ready for customers. They're not.
