Zaxby's Chicken Fingers Buffalo Wings

In short: the employees and employees had not given me a long time with employees and employees. this has happened with more than one occasion and I now correlate this place with bad eating and really unprofessional people. I will not be back. this place looked at Chick-fil-A and decided to lead it exactly the opposite? C’mon zaxbys, they can be better!

Placed order inside and they got it all wrong. Ordered a 6 pc chicken plate w/double fries. My meal only came with 4 tenders. Talked to manager and went back to get free replacement, only to get burnt fries. Will not be getting anything else from this place!

Don't dine here if you are not black. These racist folks will disrespect you and make you wait twice as long if you are white. They only serve black folks here apparently. Reverse racism is real!!!!!!

Waited over ten minutes just for order to be taken in Drive thru. Told to wait once I drove up. After waiting a few minutes and no longer seeing any cars in the drive ahead of me I said Hello to prompt any communication from business, woman asked me to wait one more minute.. Then hearing click, click, click, click for 8 minutes I said hello again and finally allowed to place order. Had to pull up and wait for order, which I understand with family pak. Get my order and my family realizes right away all the food is not there. By this point I can't back up because I had to pull forward to wait, someone pulled in right behind me as I went to move, and I am pulling a trailer. Whip around the corner to stop and come straight back in with food to let them know what is missing. A couple of their employees acuse me of stealing the fries because they were cooked, but as I was telling them that I wasn't trying to steal their two fries they realized an employee had taken them. Some of the bread was burnt and two pieces were missing. Sauces were not right. Finally provided the missing fries, bread, and sauce. At first I thought they must be short staffed but no there were about twenty of them working half hidden up in one corner of the front service area. Very poor service, especially front staff.

Lady at the window tells me I am not allowed to get 2 sauces. Since when am I not allowed to buy an extra sauce? Then when handing the drink says they don't have straws. What kind of fast food place runs out of straws? While waiting for the food someone walked out of the building holding a straw. It seems like the staff at this location don't care at all. I'll be going to the one up the road next time.
