Red Lobster - Talleyville

Went there 3pm on a sunday. I was told the wait was 15-20 minutes that ended up being well over 20 minutes. The place was dead 3 people were up front hosting and 1 person bussing all the tables. I got the mozzerella sticks since menu didnt have much of an option and crab legs were $50 for maybe 2. It took over 15 minutes for our drinks, all the food came out at different times. My husband ordered the “all you can eat shrimp” per plate was a guranteed 25 minute wait. My kids got chicken tenders and oranges, and the oranges looked weeks old and left out. They also had ran out of popcorn shrimp for the all you can eat and I found that odd being its an all seafood place. In total I was there from 3:30 to almost 6pm just for a simple dinner. We had to leave the cash on the table and hunt down a random woman cleaning tables to let the waitress know we couldnt wait any longer. The bill wound up being a little over $50 for a luke warm, nasty dinner and the wait was forever. Completely understaffed and no apologys for it either. I will never be returning back.

I was very disappointed with the service first I got a drink but had to ask 3times for a straw she said yes I 'll be right there I said I want to drink it not look at it I finally got my straw my sister asked for a soda that took 4 tries we had to repeatedly ask for a 2nd basket of the biscuits she never came and removed dishes we had them piled high on the table. Initially had asked for a booth by a window was told we couldn 't have them, the whole time we were there ate and left no one sat at those 4tables by the windows. The food was very good.

Service is really terrible at the bar. Sat there for 10 minutes, bar tender walked right past us and waited on customers at the other end of the bar. Did not even acknowledge that we were even there. Nov 4th at 6:38pm and walked out at 6:50pm. There were only 4 other people at the bar that she kept going back to. Service: 1

Excellent service and great cookies. 10% discount Veterans discount! We came at 3:00 on a Sunday and there was no heavy cream for an important lime martini or lemonade.

Came in for a birthday celebration for a family member and it just so happened to be endless shrimp for this weekend only! Went to call in a reservation was told 3 different things from 3 different people. Very frustrating cause when we ended up getting there they had no clue who we were even though we called literally 10 minutes prior and had to wait even after being told that we could call ahead and reserve a booth. Once we sat down our waitress Maria was spectacular. Informed her that we tend to eat alot of shrimp quickly so keep the orders coming. She was right on it bringing us our drinks orders of shrimp in quick succession! Food was scolding hot and fresh when we got it. Personally of all the times I've had all you can eat shrimp this was the best one. Amazing service and not to mention the dessert (Brownie overload) was out of this world and fed all 3 people comfortably! When we come back we'll definitely ask for Maria to be our waitress again as she went above and beyond with her service
