Absolutely fantastic!!! We had an incredible dinner with bold flavors, delicious drinks, expertly prepared dishes, a beautiful setting, and flawless service. We enjoyed a remarkable white wine from Luxembourg and a red wine called Black Stallion which perfectly complemented our meat dishes and cheese plate. Very nice experience, would recommend. Some of the staff could loosen up a bit (like the sommelier, who was great), minor service hiccups and at the end of the night the bathroom had so many spills that my girlfriend didn 't want to go there. We went to 180° to celebrate our one year anniversary and had an amazing experience from start to finish. We were welcomed and taken to a stunning room where the bar is located. We enjoyed some delicious cocktails from the menu as well as some of our own favorites made by the friendly bartender. We were then served 4 beautifully presented and delicious snacks, giving us a taste of what was to come. We were then seated in the main dining room next to the open kitchen where we could watch the cooks in action. Our server Jeremy and the sommelier were fantastic, as was the rest of the staff working seamlessly together. Every dish was expertly prepared and beautifully presented with bold flavors. Our favorites were the yellow fin tuna with goose liver and kimchi ice cream, which was absolutely incredible, as well as the smoked eel with pears and mustard ice cream, which brought a perfect balance to the dish. If you're in Tallin, don't hesitate to make a reservation at 180° and enjoy the fantastic food prepared by Chef Matthias and the entire team. We will definitely be returning. Thank you!
