The service was quite terrible. They let us sit there and look at the menu for over 20min and then told us that payment with card was not possible. Such traditional Chinese cuisine! Five stars! the most delicious Chinese food I ever had in Tallinn. It's the best! Open from 11 to 0:00 in the morning. Technically, I tried the whole Chinese restaurant in Tallinn and they disappointed me. Either owner or boss is Chinese. But this is pretty good, quite traditional!
