Contribuisci feedbackAwful experience at this restaurant. I ordered a sandwich without realizing it had mayo, which I can't eat. The whole sandwich had to be thrown away as it was ruined by the mayo. I couldn't risk eating something contaminated.
I had a disappointing experience at Arby's. They gave me brown water instead of au jus sauce with my French Dip sandwich and only informed me after I had already ordered. When I asked for a fix, the employee simply added more powder and put the lid back on without even providing a spoon to stir it. I was frustrated by the lack of effort and service. Overall, a major fail by Arby's.
The customers were not able to recognize the employees and did not receive assistance at Tresor restaurant. They did not receive their order after ordering from the menu. They only realized they hadn't received their order after looking for it. The dish had to be remade because it contained an allergen ingredient that should not have been included. The remake took an additional 30 minutes, making the total wait time almost 20 minutes for the original order. The curly fries in the order had been sitting for a few minutes and could have been exchanged for fresh ones, but this option was not offered. Overall, the customers were very disappointed with the experience.

I would give them 0 stars if possible...dirty dirty restaurant, the flies were eating I'm sure, but not us, waited in line for 20 mins, and hadn't ordered yet...disgusting
