The Bunker Bar & Bistro

We had a lovely dinner at the Bunker Bar Restaurant. The wine list was impressive with a wide selection to choose from. The staff behind the bar were friendly and attentive.

This village has a strong focus on golf, which I personally do not enjoy. The restaurant is just average at best. I considered giving it one star, but that wouldn't be fair. I would definitely choose another restaurant over this one. The service was not great, but it got the job done. The food wasn't excellent, but at least it didn't make me sick. The prices were high, but it didn't break the bank. If you're in need of a meal and can't travel far, it's okay. Otherwise, I would suggest going somewhere else. Additionally, the village seems to be declining with the addition of a caravan park at the entrance.

The restaurant is located on the picturesque Tallwoods Golf Course with stunning views. The cuisine is modern Australian with a unique twist. The new owners have done an excellent job of satisfying all customers.

Good drop in point after golf... usual eats include Steak, Hamburger, Chicken and Chips along with a nice cold beer..
