La Granja - Tamarac

Always the same problem at this specific location.I walked in for a pick up order, Register is busy with a customer explaining the whole menu, there three other people directly at the counter for pick up, I say I’m here for a pick they all look at me and all three of them walk away. One goes to break. One goes back to stocking. One goes back to the back. Okay….Wait for the guy to be done ordering 5 minutes later, say the name I’m picking up.Won’t give me my order because I didn’t bring my phone, and only then after listen everything single item in the order she says it’s not ready. I point to the order behind her that’s been sitting on the counter since I got here and she says “oh.”And then hands me two cups to get my drinks but the soda is out, wait 5 minutes please. Then I’m signaled that “It’s good!”Only to get home later to be missing my sauce, and plantains and for the soda to not be good and still flat…..This place always manages to frustrate the ever living snot out of me, every six months when I forget about the customer service. Save yourself the headache honestly and I really don’t get it, I’m genuinely confused, is it because I’m black? Is it because I look like I don’t speak Spanish? Do I just keep getting the one staff crew that just doesn’t give a damn like genuinely I’d like to know what the issue is.pueden tratar como a una persona que pagó por un servicio? ¿Es realmente tan difícil?

I haven't been in Florida in 7 or 8 years and I had to come back to my favorite spot. It was even better than what I remembered, food was amazing and chicken was perfect. Very nice and friendly employees there too.
