Our server was incredibly knowledgeable about gluten, they have their own space without cross-contamination. Will definitely eat again

We stopped for lunch yesterday I was ready to order just one drink while my family had Burger .. but found a nice menu with some gluten-free options listed. I mentioned I was celiac and could not have gluten and they helped me lead I chose the ceviche that came with Patacones... which I asked to skip only because the server mentioned that they are usually deep in divided frit. But then the server came back and said the cook offered in a pan in a separate area, they did not want to miss me because they taste so good! Smoothies also there amazing. And my gluten-eating family thrilled their burgers and chicken sandwich.

I had breakfast omelet without cheese. I was glad they said they had gluten-free options; that's something I fought in Costa Rica. They had gluten-free bread on their menu and I kept it for regular bread. I asked about the toaster and was told that they all cooked gluten-free in a completely separate kitchen. I enjoyed my breakfast and the service was good.

I ate here almost every day! Traveling as a highly sensitive celiac I was so worried . This place is amazing. Gluten free granola for açaí bowls, gluten free bread for all toasts and they were extremely aware and knowledgable . Trusted!
