Spice Inn - Tameside

I typically do not leave negative reviews, as I believe in giving local businesses a chance to succeed. However, after my most recent visit, I cannot in good conscience recommend this restaurant due to their high prices and poor quality. Our starter consisted mostly of salad, followed by two overpriced grey sirloin steaks. Despite being a curry house, they also offered chicken tikka. The biggest issue was the exorbitant prices - four draft soda waters cost £8, and a bottle of Coke was £2.20, 20p more expensive than the soda. Even worse, we were overcharged for drinks we did not order, and when we pointed this out, the waiter simply smirked. I will not be returning to this restaurant.

The restaurant has a welcoming and skilled staff, with a clean and contemporary interior. The food was delicious and made from fresh ingredients. I highly recommend this place and will definitely return.

The food and service at Spice Inn are consistently amazing. I have ordered from there multiple times and have never been disappointed with the food.

Hasan and Kye was lovely throughout the whole evenin Had poppadoms starter and main and could not fault anything So polite and will definitely be coming bk from Wales to eat here again

Lovely curry but lacks the amount of chicken. Unfortunately this has put me off using spice inn again.
