Platz gives me sandwiches that obviously have been sitting for a long time. brot is so bad that I didn't even eat it and went to steak and shake or whatever it means.

This is my last time ever arbys there is just more and more rediculous every time I go there, which cost me 11$ now costs 15$ and my big drink is now smaller, what it media are supposed to be just a little bit bigger, then what used to be small and there big fries are now the size of the middle fries. you can't expect people to come back when they're getting more and more charging them and giving them less. And if I politely asked if this is the great thinking that they made a mistake, I just get a snappy aditude in the answer as if in the terrible person for nice asking if my drink acually a big

Ordered a half pound beef and cheddar meal. I received the THICKEST, most inedible looking roast beef I’ve EVER seen from an Arbys. It was a sloppy mess. I called the restaurant and tried to speak to the manager. I told him what I wrote above and he hung up on me. I’ve since called corporate and filed a report.
