Bamboozle Channelside - Tampa

This was our first visit to Canal Idea after hearing great things. The experience was fantastic! The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The food was delicious. My friend Arleen had the seafood pho noodles, while I opted for the vegan version. She also ordered shrimp sushi, while I chose the vegan lemongrass tofu. Both of our drinks were made vegan as well - she got a Hawaiian smoothie and I had one with lychee, jackfruit, and passion fruit. We forgot the name of my drink, but we will definitely be returning!

I have visited this restaurant numerous times. The lemongrass tofu is fantastic. I also enjoy the tiger prawn summer roll and the beef pho. The staff are very friendly and helpful when I ask for extra dragon fire sauce.
