In my recent visits to this restaurant, I've repeatedly faced the same issue. I typically order a drink without any pastries, and despite being at the front of the line, I’ve noticed that several customers who ordered more complex drinks after me received theirs first. On one occasion, I ordered just a black coffee and had to wait 25 minutes for it. I was first in line, even with six people behind me who had ordered more elaborate drinks, yet they all received their orders before me. I didn't remind the barista of my presence; eventually, they handed me my drink and apologized for the wait. It was evident they were aware I had been waiting an unusually long time for such a simple order. I am completely appalled by this experience.

The coffee here is incredible! The owners are fantastic as well. They offer organic coffee that is freshly roasted, setting it apart from the chain coffee shops. Be sure to stop by when you're on campus!

I was quite disappointed with Argos today. Waiting 80 minutes for my wrap just felt unacceptable. On a positive note, the coffee from Bay Coffee was excellent.

I requested oat milk but received regular milk instead, which left me feeling unwell for two entire days. Be careful when placing your orders here.
