Don't do trivia here. Trivia was run by the college aged, giggling waitstaff who mispronounced every single word. Trivia questions were multiple choice for some reason and every table was on their phones the whole time so they were probably cheating. It was a disorganized, frustrating mess.Food was bland and unseasoned. Everyone at my table got different things and everyone agreed their food was bad. I got the sliders, which were just four dinner rolls still attached (not cut in slider sections) and a slab of meat laid out over all four. Fries were bad definitely needed a lot of salt to make them tolerable. This place definitely looks like it was redesigned to cater to millennials and Gen Z, but in a very inauthentic way. The high top tables have these big bulky leather chairs with barely any back, and they're impossible to scoot forward in without shaking the table and spilling all your drinks. Very uncomfortable.Really disappointing for a first time visit. I'll never go back.
Discriminate against brown people. Stay away!!! It appears they only tend to young Caucasian people. I was ignored, walked on by. Arrived at 9:40 pm and asked several times to please put in my order. Was given a menu, sat outside, waitress aware. And never served me. Not even an ice water or an acknowledgement (we will be right with you for example) She just walked by me outside and didn't take my order. I finally went inside around 10 PM, after nobody bothered taking my order, just for them to tell me the kitchen was closed. But yet they had a tray with Tacos right in front of me, being carried to a customer. Talking about adding insult to injury. If you are young and Caucasian, you will get great service. However, if you are brown and mature stay away. I smell prejudism. I have never been treated this bad, and I'm a regular Foodie.Update: I wanted to add a couple stars back for owners responsiveness, but I honoured the day before the evening. Tried to give it another shot, as suggested by the owner. However ,when I actually considered it. The communication stopped and owner went ghost. Lol. I will never return. It just substantiated the experience. Zero care for their customers. Do yourself a favor and go to the wood fired Pizza joint or the Wexford Irish club in the same strip instead. At least , they treat you like family.
One of the bartenders admitted online that they make their mimosas with sparkling water to cut off people they feel have had too much to drink while still charging the price of an alcoholic mimosa.
Do not recommend. Food is okay. Nothing special. I went to brunch and had very bad service. We had to go inside and ask twice for our waitress Jenna to come and take our orders. When she did come she was not pleasant. We did not receive utensils when we were seated, and when we asked for utensils we received plastic utensils... keep in mind that this place charges $15 a plate. I also received a very dirty cup when I got my mimosa. They also included a 18% automatic tip in the bill. I have never left a review on a business, even when I thought the service was bad, but I just thought this was very horrible.
