Delicious food and coffee, in a charming setting. The staff is very friendly. There's actually more indoor seating than you'd anticipate from the exterior. It has a relaxed atmosphere.

Parking in Hyde Park can be quite a challenge, but Buddy Brew is a charming coffee shop that gives off the vibe of a repurposed 1920s soda shop. The drinks are excellent, and they offer a selection of treats and a few food options. However, the seating is limited, and there’s often a line, which can make the atmosphere feel more cramped than cozy. It's particularly tricky to navigate through the crowd when you're trying to exit after picking up your order. The service is outstanding, but due to the seating situation and flow of traffic, I usually opt to take my order to go and enjoy it while strolling around or finding a different spot to sit.

I've visited numerous coffee shops in the Tampa area, but Buddy Brew truly stands out for how they treat their regulars and customers. They consistently go above and beyond expectations because they genuinely care about everyone who walks through their doors. There’s simply no better feeling than entering a coffee shop where they know your order and welcome you like family. Customer service is incredibly important to me, whether I’m at a restaurant or a coffee shop. A big thank you to Elizabeth, Devon, Jeremy, Alex, Alec, Brooke, and the entire team for always delivering exceptional service to both regulars and new customers. I recently visited Buddy Brew in Hyde Park and was thoroughly impressed by the high quality of the coffee and atmosphere. As soon as I walked in, I was struck by the cozy and welcoming vibe of the shop. The decor was stylish and modern, and the staff were friendly and attentive. The espresso was perfectly brewed. Overall, Buddy Brew in Hyde Park is a must-visit for anyone looking for top-notch coffee and a cozy atmosphere. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, and the quality of the coffee and food is second to none. I will definitely be returning to this gem of a coffee shop.

Came in for the first time this past week and it was a super dope. Loved loved loved the music and the playlist and the staff was super nice. Shout out to (JP? who was so nice and answered questions about the music and another spot not far from the shop. Will definitely be back when I’m in town.
