I think I was waited by the manager and I told her what I had was a groupon, and I told her I paid $5 for a $10 worth of goods. The fantastic deal. So I ordered a Whopper Single Burger cheese all the way and a large number of onion rings, which is 3 zesty sauces and a small sweet tea. It's $8 and it's almost $9. The woman was very helpful and explained to me everything I had to do or only see, and I sat there, I was in the bathroom the bathroom with immaculate inside I came out, the dining area was clean, there was no garbage build in the garbage or nothing. Very pleasant early lunch. I could have just got a better lunch, it was free. Very good experience five star rating.
The two Lane Setup is just decoration. I never went through the ride thru without waiting for the order box for more than 6 minutes because the administration of Burger Kings in the area seem not to understand how to properly set up a schedule, consistently force a single person to work two lanes. It would be inaccurate to say that I am disappointed because that would require an expectation. I understand that isolated incidents; I worked in fast food for 5 years, but this behavior is tragically consistent from this place.
This Burger King sucks! Don't go here, tell me how they got my whole job right, but my drink I asked for Sprite, and come halfway on the street to find out when I took a sip, was water, what a place you are all running. Better employees and they seemed like they didn't care about anything, I'll never come back!
The worst Burger King ever. Everyone was extremely slow, and they even gave me my food wrong. When I asked to be firm, they forget me and let me wait. I had to call the one who got my order so she could give me my food. Only one manager actually tried to provide the best service; the others, especially those you take at the reception, was not even trying and was so slow in everything. The line was literally waiting for people. I would just wish that the manager who actually tried to get the best raise could ever get, unfortunately I don't know her name. It's sad how the manager tries to do the best she can and her colleagues just don't seem to care.
Very nice visit. Somehow we lucked out and were served by the manager, or at least an acting manager. Needless to say, we were served in a timely and friendly manner. She went as far as to offer up deals and sale items that I hadn't seen. She was very busy during my visit, but she handled it all in stride. Reminding the staff to do things as well as greeting each customer and letting them know she would be right with them. I had 4 children with me. Every single item was correct. We were offered the condiments and for fast food, I was pleased.
