Cappy's Pizzeria Palms - Tampa

I was pleasantly surprised when I inquired about vegan options at this restaurant and was told with a smile that they could make a delicious coconut-based vegan dish for me. I decided to go with the New York style crust and it was absolutely delicious. The only downside is that they are very strict about keeping their plates clean. I have always thought that the bay to bay location is the best, but I must give it to the tampa palms location. friendly and quick service. our order was perfect and not fussy. not only did the waiter come to check us, but also the manager. the pizza was all I would expect from a delicious pizza and probably the best I had, although it is always very good when I go. the only part was a really loud party a couple tables away combined with the really high ceilings seemed to make a loud group really loud! no complaining against loading, just watching for information purposes. Also, they accept cards so I don't nailed by the ATM machine! highly recommended!

I have had a good experience with this restaurant before, especially with their pizza, but unfortunately, my most recent visit was disappointing. The service was terrible and the staff were unfriendly. We were greeted with hostility, seated at a table, given menus, and then left waiting for service that never came. Despite asking multiple times, no one attended to us. Meanwhile, four other customers who were seated after us had their orders taken and were served promptly. When we expressed our frustration, we were met with sarcasm and rudeness, and eventually told to leave. We decided to cut our losses and went to our favorite local pizzeria, Bavaro's on Central, where we enjoyed a delicious meal with excellent service in a much friendlier atmosphere. We will not be returning to this subpar restaurant.

Very good. they have both new york and chicago. recommend the meatball. also salates are great.

Enjoyed the pepperoni and bacon most (the bacon bits were nice) the chicken and pineapple was odd, but so was my companion's decision to get it. Service was very good. A bit slow to receive, but I don't complain when the food comes out hot.(it seemed takeout orders were a priority) half the staff were wearing masks.
