Would not have been an issue but I was told they had been out for a while.A sign on the door or just a casual call out to people coming in to let them know before they wait would have been nice.I walked out without ordering and will Not be returning after consistent negative experiences.
I love Chipotle but one store is awful. Store 101. If I could put 0 stars I would. The first time I went there they had no meat at all. The second time my quesadilla was not cooked at all and there was no ice. The third time they had one drink available which was coke, the coke had no carbonation and tasted funny. I love Chipotle and usually always have a good experience but at this location I never do. Hey store 101. Fire your manager and get someone who can actually run your location.
Chipotle has totally gone off the rails with their app and phone order system. First, the app makes you do a two-step verification with a code, however you're unable to submit it because of a glitch on the app where the verify button stays covered with a keyboard. Secondly, their phone order system Is completely ridiculous! You can't edit anything at all and it is extremely slow and laborious. I finally submitted my order, picked up the food, and when I opened my burrito bowl, there was no Barbacoa. I was charged for it and the label indicates it should have Barbacoa but, alas, no meat! Lastly, I try and call or chat to get my money back or at least file a complaint, but there is no way to do it! Again, the app doesn't work, but the chat keeps referring you to go to the app and sign in. The only phone number is the same automated phone system. It only allows you to state while you're calling back, apologizes you're having trouble, but then tries to take another order! There appears to be no way to call the restaurant and get any satisfaction or customer service whatsoever! I am a long-term customer but I am done with this mess!
Horrible lunch experience. Served the new Chicken asada to me with crumbles of the remains of chicken which was dry. Had no lettuce, no corn salsa, and no watermelon limeade. The restaurant was dirty, with food on the tables and on the floor. Also witnessed another unsatisfied customer who was complaining about the quality of the food.
Actually, it was disgusting and too expensive. it was my first time and super loud in there and I was new and didn't know what to do. I tried to ask, and the counter-workers were clearly upset with me to find out what I could do, I couldn't even hear them when they spoke. every single table was dirty and they had no utensils, serviettes or even lids. moe’s is %1,000 percent better and they know how to talk to customers. I couldn't believe how terrible my experience was. they hurried so much that they blew the food there and soaped, which run from the bowls. only very scary and rude. never again.
