This chipotle is consistently dysfunctional. each time I have to this place (1x/mo,) they are made of at least 2 ingredients. Today it was chaos. I can't say how bad this experience was. today they were out of the half of the ingredients, among them: steak, huh, white rice, sweet and black. they had no forks or knives. the personal was misunderstood (manager no. where you find;) customers were not helped; there was no or false communication; and a long line of customers had to run out. by the chaos that no food is available, the staff has also massed our order twice and then migrated away from the counter. when we were helped, they literally put cold (uncooked) in our meal. When we wanted to talk to the manager, the manager didn't come out. it was unclear if they were there. the personal was unhappy and confused not important, I feel bad that the personal was put into this position. I don't blame them for not having done any of them or being insecure about how to treat this debacle. it seems they're setting up for a mistake. if I had worked in this restaurant, I would probably not know how to consistently tell customers we are eating out in our restaurant. I also think that they are underpaid, especially considering that they have to deal with these terrible working conditions. Anyway, the personal noticed that the general manager, keith, often acted under orders and mistreated the load. I'm sorry to call her out, keith, but if half a dozen of her associates call her with names, they probably have a good reason. I rarely have the time/energy to write a restaurant complaint, but experience as today have happened almost every time I go to this place (the other location is twice as far). today the restaurant "in an episode of restaurant could have been impossible.
This place is always bustling, so be prepared for a crowd. They usually handle orders quite quickly, but with so many customers, it can be difficult to satisfy everyone. I found it a bit too crowded, which made things feel a bit chaotic. However, the staff is well-trained.
After an exhilarating Thursday kayaking adventure, we didn't feel like cooking at home, so we opted for Chipotle for dinner. This restaurant really impressed us! The staff was fantastic. We ordered a Chipotle salad with double chicken, beans, cheese, sweet corn, sauce, and lettuce. Everything was fresh and hot. The server paid close attention to our requests and included all the ingredients we wanted. The meal was both healthy and delicious!
My husband spent almost $60 at this Chipotle for us and our 2 children and this is the side of queso we received it?s not even halfway filled and the chip bag on top of that was only a quarter filled. I?ve tried calling 6 times to let them know as we don?t want to drive all the way back but no one is picking up the phone. His experience wasn?t all that pleasant either as the first staff member was rude and seemed annoyed. The only reason we ate there was because I wanted the steak which they didn?t even have.
