The food was disappointing; the steak and cheese was the worst I've ever had, with the slice of cheese still in its square shape on top. The service was slow, and it seemed like our server didn't check on us enough, leaving us waiting a lot. I could see her from our table, and she was quite busy. The place was overcrowded, and many of the games were broken. We spent $270 in one day here, and honestly, we should have gone to Disney instead. It's also a pretty long drive, about an hour away. They really need to open more locations.

If you enjoy cold food and lackluster service, this is the restaurant for you! It took nearly 15-20 minutes for our waitress to take our order. We weren't provided with silverware and had to ask for it. Refills were never offered, despite the fact that there were only four tables occupied. The waitress spent more time chatting with a familiar table than attending to us.

The food is acceptable, but servers have noted that some recipes have been changed over the past year, leading to disappointed customers. On the positive side, game coupons can be exchanged for certain meals. Overall, it feels more like bar food now.

We had a good time it was my baby birthday and we had so much fun we really enjoy playing all the games It’s a must we will come back
