Gigi's Cupcakes - Tampa

Unfortunately, the taste of the cupcakes was quite disappointing. The Salted Dulce lacked any filling, which was sad, and the Midnight Magic gluten-free option arrived melted and tasted unappealing. The only standout was the Wedding Cake, which was much better. Overall, it was a letdown.

I spent $70 on cupcakes that were the size of quarters and was expecting something bigger. I was really disappointed.

The "Outside of the Box" was charming, but I was let down when I opened it and found the cupcakes in disarray. The cake itself was delicious and very moist, but the icing was hard and waxy, leaving a greasy film on my fingers and lips.

I love Gigi's! I haven't been there in a while, but we decided to try the mini dishes since I had stomach surgery and can only eat small portions now. The sweet tea and Beach Bum drink were both delicious. I noticed a lot of new decor and upgrades in the restaurant, which is fantastic! I really appreciate the variety of options they offer. We will definitely keep coming back!

Oh my goodness! The Sweet Tea cupcake is absolutely delicious! I called to check if they still had any available and to ask for flavor recommendations for an upcoming party I'm hosting. An employee, I think her name was Chelsea, answered the phone, and she was incredibly helpful, informative, and so friendly! I couldn't believe she was a new employee because she was so polished and professional! When I went to buy my Sweet Tea cupcakes and finally met Chelsea in person, she was very welcoming and had great conversation. She definitely made my visit to Gigi Cupcakes worthwhile, and of course, the cupcakes were amazing too! Kudos to the entire team there! Keep up the fantastic work!
