Gonzo's Sandwich Shop - Tampa

Gonzo's Sandwich Shop in Tampa may be a newcomer, but their sandwich-making skills are impressive. Located in a cozy strip mall on Himes, this small eatery prepares all its meats in-house, which certainly piqued the interest of these two Tampa food enthusiasts. On a rainy day, after running a few errands, I decided to drop by and give Gonzo's a try. The interior is quaint, featuring a few tables for dining in, along with a small patio for extra seating.

The West Tampa... what more can I say? It might just be the best sandwich in town. This will definitely become a regular lunch spot for me. The owner is truly passionate about the food, and it really shows.

Fantastic Lunch Spot! I tried the West Tampa Sandwich, and it was incredible. You can really tell that the roast pork is made fresh in-house. I'll definitely be returning!
