Ihop - Tampa

Came on our trip to tampa to ihop. we were expected from dion. amazing man, superior customer service. my sister, who is disabled, was with us. He took it up and was just so kind and gentle with her. I will be absolutely back.

Honestly disappointing coming here today. The food was great but the server, Daphne was terrible. When she greeted us she didn’t say good morning or anything just asked us what we wanted. Then through the meal she did not once stop at our table to ask if we needed anything else or to refill waters or coffee. We had to stop her as she went between her other tables that she was giving good service to. She seemed like she would rather be anywhere else

Restaurant was clean,food was delicious,Service was awesome. Me My family are on Vacation in FloridaWe havent had a chance to get to the beach yet! But we are today!! ?

The absolute worst service and worst IHOP I ever went to. First, they ran out of clean cups and gave me a coffee cup with lipstick on it. Then, it took over 45 minutes to get our order. I ordered rye toast and got the ends of the bread. The food came all wrong with wrong sizes. We didn't want to complain anymore as we didn't want to wait 45 more minutes. The service was not the waitresses fault and she was very nice and a good waitress. What restaurant runs out of clean dishes and cups? The microwaved eggs were not the size we ordered. We will never come to this one again.

Its been 2 times that i come to this Ihop and everytime i have to wait more than an hour for my food , the service is horrible and the servers are always lost in a different world . Definitely not making the mistake again . If you dont want to waste your time dont come .
