Contribuisci feedbackI visited during lunch on a weekday and was surprised to be in and out in under 5 minutes. I ordered the Club Lulu with some extras, and it was delicious. The bread was soft, and while the toppings weren't overwhelming, they were satisfying. Paying with Apple Pay made the process quick and convenient. The restaurant was also very clean. I will definitely return.
Do not dare come in this establishment after 5pm especially on a Monday because Jonathan will tell you that you will get your recoept with your sandwiches when you ask for it, tell you not to take your chips that you are paying for, from the front display and make you wait on your drink cups all because he cates more about going home than providing great customer service! My poor toddler doesn't know that the chips were a display only at 5pm and that we have to ask for them for his convenience! What a effing joke! Never coming in here to spend 20 dollars on sandwiches I can make at home again!
Update: Called for delivery and was not informed there was a $7 delivery fee, which was over 30% of my order total. Then after placing the order they said it would be delivered in 10 minutes. I called back 30 mins later to check on it and was told he would be there soon. Showed up 50 minutes after i ordered. Was 4 stars now 2. Original review below. Same sandwich different shop. A solid consistent sandwich that you can trust is made the same where ever you stop. I get the #9 add hot peppers, and occasionally I go for the J.J. Gargantuan. Their cookies aren?t bad either. This Jimmy John?s specifically is pretty average. The staff is typically friendly with the occasional exception of just being distracted or uninterested. Their Tap to pay/Apple pay doesn?t usually work which is frustrating and the reason for the missing star. Overall I?d recommend it if it?s the type of sandwich you like.
Out of the three staff members I observed at the register (the others were focused on food preparation), only one informed a patron who wasn’t wearing a mask that masks were required to enter. He even offered the customer a disposable mask to wear while placing his order, which prompted the customer to pull out his own mask and put it on. I also noticed that when the staff were refilling the ice machines, the ice buckets were resting directly on the floor, which is a hygiene concern, and I saw this happen with two buckets. However, the same employee who had asked the customer to wear a mask was very diligent in sanitizing the customer side of the counter, the register, and all surfaces that customers came into contact with while ordering during the quieter moments. I want to thank him for taking these important measures, although I didn’t catch his name.
When I went to get my drink, I noticed the soda machine was out of ice. Additionally, the store hours weren't posted on the front, and while Google stated they opened at 11 AM, they actually opened at 10:30 AM. I walked in at 10:30 AM and when I asked if they were open, the employee seemed surprised by my question. I saw people sitting outside and, when I finished my meal around 10:50 AM, I walked out. Two other customers noticed me coming out and realized the restaurant was indeed open. It seems the franchise owner may not be fully aware of the situation at this location.
