Last night we had an excellent experience in this situation, we visited it before and eating was always excellent. the food was on time and the taste was unique. last night was special and the best was amber's attention, which was always warm and attentive to take the dishes and pick up the crook she had already used. she always waited to refill the drink. he is very sweet and friendly. they made us an unforgettable experience. many thanks, amber and I hope they had a good birthday.

We were a party of 8 and all eent smoothly from beginning to end. We were dressed by a local town woman who was very casual for mgt. Our server, Hamso, took care of the business and visited our table friendly. The tails have not disappointed and are quite expensive. I recommend the linghorn old-fashioned. Wein-Poir was generous. A variety of steaks were served as desired and all left satt.

I would like to say that my visit here was different this time than anything I could imagine. It was my birthday and oh my God I had the absolutely sweetest server (Corey) and I think Trainee(Jackie) I've ever had a long horn. Good choice at setting that one and even better decision, who trains her... my husband's birthday dinner was great!!! I couldn't have done it better. The food as always was amazing.....

Usually I have a great experience in Longhorn Steakhouse, but this one special place was disgusting. Let's start from the location located in 1820 N Westshore blvd, Tampa, FL 33607. It is convenient over International Plaza. With a lot of parking. Before entering the facility we noticed that the glass doors outside and inside doors were dirty with greasy hand prints very obvious to see. We notified the hostess who welcomed us. We saw that the staff informed the mangers on site, but he did nothing to resolve our concerns. I need to say more about COVID? When our waiter greeted us, we pointed to the dirty table, dirty seats and garbage under our table. He realized, but did nothing! I had to use the toilet room, so when I got in, it was dirty! I went back, never used it. We put an order, the food was cold and extremely salty. Overall experience was discouraging considering that we felt ignored, and we have the feeling that the facility does not care for customers concerns and health safety. Now people can get sick and die!

Waited about 20 minutes for our table which was understandable for a Saturday evening. We were seated and we all knew what we wanted so as soon as the waitress brought our drinks we ordered. We watched all the tables around us get their food even those that ordered after us. After about 45 minutes the waitress comes to us and tells us that they misplaced our ticket that our food was just about to be prepared. She also advised us that the manager would come by to address this. Another 20 minutes go by and our food finally comes out. Although we waited so long for our food everything did come out good and how it was supposed to. Management still hadn't came by our table to check on us. We ate and we advised our waitress that the manager never came to the table she apologized and then said that a percentage would be taken off all our meals. Not the point we appreciate the gesture but the manager never showed his/her face.
