Olive Garden Italian - Tampa

The food was amazing, everything was freshly cooked, and the service was great. I really liked the new look inside the restaurant, and the parking was easy both in and out. I loved the experience and I will definitely be going back. Everything was served promptly!

Eventually, our drinks arrived after another 10 minutes, but we still had to wait for straws. We were asked if we wanted breadsticks, but we didn’t receive those until our waitress finally came back to take our food order. We were a party of five, and it was frustrating to see another couple who came in after us get served promptly, while two ladies who were already dining finished their meal and left. Despite the restaurant not being crowded, we noticed several staff members standing around, and even went to check the other side of the restaurant. There weren’t many families there, yet there were plenty of employees on hand. To make matters worse, a manager didn’t come to check on us at all; instead, she was busy fiddling with some self-checkout device. After a long wait, our waitress brought us our boxes, and we waited for the bill. When we finally mentioned that we had been waiting for our bill for 20 minutes, the waitress rudely commented that we should have had the checkout device at our table. My father-in-law clarified that we didn’t, but we were ready to pay. Instead of helping us, she rolled her eyes and told him to find another waiter. This experience was a reminder of why we won’t be returning to this place. Wesley Chapel isn’t far away, and we'll be looking for better service there.

I hadn't been there in a while, but I'm glad I went back. The atmosphere is fantastic, the service is excellent, and the food and drinks are always spot on.

I love eating Olive Garden! This food is always consistently great! We went to Busch Gardens and we decided to sit and have a nice dinner! Our server was fantastic! You couldn't find a better server! If I remember his name or find my receipt, I will make sure I add one! The pumpkin cheese cake should also die! It was a day when I spent with my granddaughter so it is nice to finish the evening on a pleasant note in a beautiful restaurant

Shrimp Scampi with tomatoes, asparagus over angel hair pasta. The dish is light, not heavy and very tasty. It will need a little salt but other then that it was very good.
