Poke Island Plus New Tampa

What a beautiful place. good, fresh food, good taste, friendly staff, decent prices. many possibilities. the place is always clean and was always a good experience. I need to try if you don't have it!

I had only poke island for the first time tonight! it was soou good and fresh. I had the bao buns, fresh awesomes, crab rangoon and a combo noodle bowl. recommend them all!

Eating is great, but the service is ridiculously slow. especially when I look at the times I was here, there were never more than 1 or 2 people before me, but I had to wait for 20 minutes before I could start my order. eating is fresh and tastes great, and the staff is friendly. but much too slow until it is hardly worth it. they also pay at least $1 more for each menu item than most other poke places. Edit: I sense my rating from 3 to 2 stars after the answer that took it back where the owner only tried to talk out for the service and to worry that I was a liar or troublesome other person who had worked on the staff as if I had extremely unprofessional and no, the predominant majority of the incredible, freshly prepared restaurants have not waited for up to 20 minutes to eat. this is their device exclusively. to be a good owner means to accept and digest the feedback from customers, especially when my entire review has been loaded with nothing but compliments for their device, and only a critique at the much time it needs their personal to complete one order. I am sorry that they have the need to argue about a review in the comment section, instead of apologising for the bad service or even not starting a response that would have been a better, more professional course of action.

To Island Poke Plus’ responder: Thank you for taking the time in making the situation clearer. 5 stars.Great food! No idea about the service as I’ve ordered taken out. They don’t pick up after 3 calls. Then put you on hold for 10 mins. Called back and the line was busy. Probably understaffed. Either way unprofessional. Business is not what their looking for. That being said I kept trying to call, because the food is great.
