Contribuisci feedbackI recently had a disappointing experience at this restaurant, but after lodging a complaint, I felt it was fair to also share the positives. The new manager, Elizabeth, was fantastic in handling my concerns. She went above and beyond to ensure that my feedback was taken seriously and addressed. I appreciated that she genuinely cared about improving the customer experience. Despite a $125 meal that left much to be desired in terms of portion size and quality, Elizabeth's proactive response and sincerity in making amends were commendable. While I await the opportunity to dine at the restaurant again under its new management, I must say that our recent meal was quite subpar. The food was overly priced and poorly executed, leading to a disappointing dining experience. I hope that with the new management in place, improvements will be made to enhance the overall customer satisfaction. Ultimately, I am unable to recommend this restaurant given my recent experience and the lack of attention to customer service and food quality.
We had a fantastic experience at this restaurant. We came for an early lunch and our server, Jessie, was wonderful. The food was top-notch and we were pleasantly surprised because we didn't even know this restaurant existed. The signage is not very visible from I-75 or Bruce B Downs, but now that we've found it, we will definitely be returning.
I cannot adequately express my disappointment and embarrassment from my recent experience at a restaurant. I had family visiting Tampa from out of state and decided to take them to Red Lobster based on my recommendation. However, we were greatly disappointed when we were seated and had to ask for silverware, only to be given plastic utensils still in their packaging because the server claimed they had no clean silverware available. We then had to request napkins and straws for our drinks. The only redeeming aspect of our meal was the Sangria. Perhaps it was just an issue at this particular location, but I do not plan on returning.
Disappointed can't describe my experience, nor embarrassment.I had family come to Tampa from out of state. I recommended Red Lobster. We were seated and had to ask for silverware. What we received was plastic silverware in the plastic packet. The server said they didnt have any clean silverware. Whatttt???My husband then had to ask if we could have napkins and straws for our drinks.I will admit the Sangria is the only thing that was appealing.Maybe it was just this location, but I won't return.
We hadn't been to Red Lobster in quite a while and were looking forward to it, however we left very disappointed. Our food was incorrect after telling our server 3-4 times how we wanted it, but honestly the whole experience was ruined due to our poor service received by our particular waiter. Not all were this way, we heard another server being very attentive to her customers and she even helped us out since ours was never around.
