We were very excited for the bottomless fries, that was the main purpose of our visit. It started off fine, until my husband got his long island ice tea and it tasted like lemonade. My husband doesn't like to send anything back but I spoke up for him feeling bad he wasn't enjoying himself. The server, who barely looks 18, insisted it was made properly but she took it back anyway. We ordered our burgers to both be cooked medium. Mine came out almost raw but I didn't want to complain again after the drink so I dealt with it. I couldn't eat it all, I got sick thinking about how I could possibly get food poisoning. When the server came back, I handed her my plate and she said wow that looks raw. She had the manager come back and talk to us and I explained I don't like to complain and I don't want anything free but that yes that burger could make people sick. If a place is known for its burgers you should be making them right. Manager asked if there's anything else she can get us and I said we are just waiting on more fries, sweet potato fries and another coke. 15 minutes went by, I waved a young man serving other tables over and he ignored me, and finally the server came and pulled up our check on the table kiosk and thanked us goodbye. I didn't get my fries or soda. The server also had an extra pair of hands to help her as she was training someone, although I don't think she should be in the position training anyone. The trainee was the most polite one, I thanked her. I did also tell the manager before leaving that I think she is incompetent as a manager. I NEVER complain because I know it can be difficult. I have been in the service industry for over 10 years but this entire experience was awful. A manager should've turned the whole experience around as soon as the long island happened or when she found out my burger was raw. I didn't want anything free but what I would've liked was for the rest of my experience to be enjoyable. This was the worst experience I've had eating out, good job Red Robin.
Always a pleasure to eat at this location. Staff is attentive and quick. Food is consistently delicious regardless of what is ordered.
This was a curbside pickup order, so review is not based on that experience. Only one real negative. I was not a fan of the attempt at a phone automated system for ordering. If I would have been more patient, option 4 on the system takes you directly to an employee who can take your order. In the end, I had to speak to an employee anyhow. Other than that, food was ready on time. Everything tasted as expected from Red Robin. Food items were neatly contained for the trip home. There is no specific Red Robin curbside parking, so when you find generic curbside parking in the front row, that is what you are looking for. Although this experience was not bad, I think the best experience with Red Robin is eating in the restaurant so that you can enjoy their bottomless menu.
This place has excellent service and the food is delicious. I love this place and. Will definetly be back.
