Contribuisci feedbackWe ordered two tomahawks we waited for over an hour to cook them. You were so overcooked, it was well done when we both rarely ordered. We had to refill several times after drinking and at the end share a glass of water. We have told our server that the very expensive Tomahawks were boiled over and after several employees who look at our steaks, the solution was to grab some empanadas and dessert for us to take with us the unambiguous objects they had left since 9:45 of the time we left. One of us had a rib that was good and the Caesar salad was good, but everything else was moderate and the ruined Mahawks and terrible service ruined the night.
Great food and service at this point will visit again.
The service was really bad. We have our food before any water or bottle of wine we ordered. Also lasted 10-15 minutes, just to be greeted at our table. Other servers would interrupt our server in the middle of the conversation with us. The food was really good, but they need to train their front of the house more.
We had many problems with this Renzo. We had a reservation but had to wait 25min on our table. It took 10 minutes to get a waitress to the table. We ordered everything to be afraid. We asked for water for the table and never got it. The wine bottle was brought and not opened until we asked. It took 45 minutes to get our food. They were from one of our entrees, but they didn't say anything until 30 minutes later. When they finally brought the food, 3 of the steaks were boiled incorrectly and another party member was asked to order something else, as the lamb slices they ordered were cooked too early, were now cold and more. We had to order drinks from Busboys and other waiters because ours rarely came to the table. When the cheques finally came, they were all wrong and had to be redeemed again. Even after the second attempt, they were still wrong. We love Renzo's so that we criticize this until Valentine's Day, but it was a terrible experience in the whole area. Maybe next time we try another place. Overall, her food and wine is fantastic.
I really expected more from this place based on other’s reviews. I want to chalk it up to Valentine’s Day maybe. We ordered two mojitos. I was excited because of the sugar cane syrup. After waiting 20 minutes for our drink it wasn’t sweet at all. I ordered the Wagyu filet. I was told they were out so I ordered the regular filet mignon. 15 minutes later the waitress came to me and told me they were out of the filet. So I ordered the lamb chops. She checked to make sure they had it and was told they did. When the lamb chops came to the table they looked to be about 2 oz instead of the 10 oz per the menu. And they were $48! This place wants to be high end but they have nerve to charge the prices they do for the food they serve or for the servings they serve. Will not be going back.
