Salem's Fresh Eats - Tampa

Let me start by saying this was my first time going here. So I went inside, took them about 5-10 mins just to acknowledge me. And I read the reviews a lot of people saying they food is under cooked and I?m starting to think it?s true because I got shrimp and fries and was my fries were not cooked all the way.. smh

You know, I don't know what it is about this restaurant chain, but every time I get food from here, the food is always consistently good. The prices tend to be higher than most fast food places, but to be honest, in this case, the price reflects the product. I would highly recommend ANY Salem's location to anyone looking for something fast but not lacking quality.

Granted it was 1:45 in The morning and there were two cars in front of me. I sat at the drive-through speaker for 15 minutes and wasn 't even acknowledged. This isn 't the first time this has occurred. So I never got to even sample the food but will not be going back to this location. Especially when I pulled off and the vehicle behind me pulled up and I could hear the speaker immediately kick off. On 7/8 I sent a message on the website per the store owner suggestion. Willupdate if anything changes. 7/16 Never heard back. I 'll never visit any locations again. Plenty places with good customer service that I will give my business to.

The Salem's location on Fletcher Ave in Tampa would not honor my teacher appreciation $10 off card. Another slap in the face to our profession as they told me others had tried to bring it there. It was given to us from the Hillsborough Education Foundation.

The Philly Cheesesteak was phenomenal. We got it fully loaded and it was just about to die for. We did ask to have tomatoes off and they forgot that but that?s alright. The bread is so fresh! 10/10 recommend with fries and cheese on the side.
