This restaurant for some reason keeps mobile order drinks behind the counter, so customers have to wait and ask for them. I appreciate mobile ordering for its quick and convenient grab-and-go service, but I wish they would change this procedure. Despite this issue, the store is consistently clean and the drinks are prepared correctly.
The staff was extremely welcoming. When I couldn't decide what to order, I described my preferences to the barista. Her recommendation, the Salted Caramel Cold Brew with a splash of cream, was absolutely divine! It had just the right amount of sweetness to complement the rich coffee flavor.
Customers who walk in have to wait in line with those who placed their orders online. There is no advantage to getting your coffee quickly, as the staff seems to be overwhelmed. Perhaps they should consider having one employee dedicated to working at the register. Unfortunately, we decided to cancel our order and leave.
I was unable to visit this establishment or have a drink here as it closed earlier than most other places, at 6 PM.
