The staff here is extremely friendly. The gentleman who was working today, I believe his name was Antonio, was particularly nice and welcoming.

I was looking for my card when I came into the window, the car paid in front of me for my latte wow. people are always friendly and coffee is the best, although I no longer in the position to get my hazelnuts?

Their coffee machine was broke so couldn’t make latte’s. So i ordered coffee with milk. I got a very dark coffee i asked to please add more milk. The lady was annoyed but gave me a small cup of “very cold” milk ! So I asked her to please warm it up bc it will make my coffee cold (which is common sense) to which she was even more annoyed. But gave me a smal cup of hot milk. Then given they no longer have the sugar out I asked her to please give me an additional pack of sugar, to which she took a deep loud breath to make sure I knew she was annoyed. Very rude ! Zero customer service !!!

Their drinks are so amazing! I love that I can customize my drink more caffeine, no caffeine, milk, milk alternatives, hot, cold, drizzled, plain, you name it, they do it. You dream it up they can make it.They have great customer service. They want to make sure you are satisfied.
