Steak N Shake - Tampa

The service at this restaurant can be inconsistent - sometimes it's fantastic, other times not so much. However, on a good day, it's really great!

They now have order terminals to use when you come in whether you are dining in or taking out.

The food was fresh and delicious. Without asking for help, one of the service staff came over and helped me on the kiosk and her help was greatly appreciated. Their dining area was clean, bright, and inviting. Nice experience.

I have consistently been pleased with the service at this restaurant! Although they have implemented a kiosk order system, I now receive the correct order every time. There is a long-standing employee who consistently prepares impeccable food.

We like the new way to order. The restaurant is always immaculate. We love coming here.
