I asked for cheese on the side for my salad, and they were more than happy to accommodate my request. The two 4oz patties seemed a bit strange to me at first, as I would have preferred one 8oz patty instead, but it was still delicious. The brioche bun was toasted perfectly and the burger was cooked just right. The salad was also very fresh. This is now my favorite burger spot in Tampa, especially since Boca is no longer around.
We ordered two sandwiches and a piece of pie and waited about 30 mins for our food. When we got home, the pie wasn?t included. This is half of a $14 sandwich. Food tastes good, but I don?t think it?s worth the money or the headache.
I love this place! It's a butcher shop with delicious homemade food and a great coffee/espresso bar. The owner is friendly and welcoming, making you feel right at home. He's a second generation Tampa native, and the meat vending machine outside is a cool concept.
I ate the Hillsborough Hash, fantastic. Our server was so good. A very unique place blending a butcher shop and restaurant together.
I wasn't sure what to expect when my friend chose this restaurant for our meet up, but I was pleasantly surprised by how delicious everything was. I had the boozy burger, which was cooked perfectly to medium and incredibly juicy and tasty. The smoked cheddar Mac and cheese side dish was amazing and the fries were cooked to perfection, perfectly salted and seasoned. Lastly, we tried the bread pudding topped with vanilla ice cream, which I highly recommend to anyone visiting this place.
