Tropical Smoothie Cafe - Tampa

Smoothies are good but the food is blah to me. Also the smell inside is terrible.

The food is good. The bathroom is clean. There is a rewards program. They are on upside as well.

I came in here and every employee even the “manager” was on her phone . and after i ordered everyone was just standing there so i waited over 15 min and the smoothie was just ice and water . no flavor . please don’t come in here , go to the one in columbus it’s worth the drive . if i could give 0 stars i would . so unprofessional.

Showed up at 8:45 to get a quick Smoothie before they close at 9, doors were already locked and lights off.

We ordered food from this location through Uber Eats, who consistently I must say, is not worth it (uber eats is not worth it). We waited over an hour and a half for uber to get our food and they failed again. And again.We decided to go into the restaurant after uber failed, frustrated and upset. We came in to find our order there sitting for an hour plus on the counter. We were honest with the staff and told them that uber messed up and it was my order. The young man, Trace behind the counter offered to remake my whole order so we could enjoy our meal that someone else failed to pick up. Amazing service! It's great to see that good customer service still exists!We sat down and decided to order more food to go! We'll be back! Thank you!
