Wall St Pizza - Tampa

The pizza was disappointing. The crust had a texture similar to plastic and lacked any flavor. I wouldn't recommend it.

This restaurant seems to have really struggled due to the pandemic and rising inflation. What used to be a bustling lunchtime spot now sees very few customers. They've removed the soda fountain with free refills, so now you only get one can of soda with your meal. While the staff is very friendly, the lack of air conditioning makes it quite uncomfortable to eat in, as it's really hot inside. The pizza slices have shrunk in size, clearly a cost-cutting measure. The prices are somewhat on the higher side (check the menu photo), and they don't offer the typical "2 slices and a drink" deal that many pizza places do. As a New York-style pizzeria, there are always those ongoing debates about what constitutes "real" New York pizza. Their pizza is just average; it’s not bad, but it certainly won’t impress you. A few years ago, the taste was much better. For example, two plain slices with oregano and garlic powder (see photo) used to cost around $9, and even then, the flavor was just passable. The selection of items is limited, and even the soda fridge is mostly empty. It’s evident that restaurants have been significantly affected, and I worry this place may soon have to close its doors for good.

This restaurant is terrible. The pizza is below average, and they don’t provide water cups, which is a major drawback for me.

Terrible job by the staff today!!! Walked into this place 1 hour before game time for the lightning playoff game and they had NO pizzas!!! They said 20 minutes before pizza would be ready, meaning they just put the pizza in the oven, how do you let that happen?Knowing the amount of walk in traffic you’re going to get before a playoff game l, they should have had pizza’s constantly in the oven. Very disappointing!!! Walked out

I highly recommend that you do NOT come to this pizzeria. This is probably the worse place we have been in. Sadly to say. The cashier lady looked like she did not know what she was doing she kept asking the cook how to ring up a beer. My wine was extremely warm and the pizza looked like it was 3 days old reheated. Will not be coming back
