I was patient, not a problem, the problem was keeping all. they forgot a dame sauce after they had ordered several meal times, but they were reciept so that they said they could not have her any sosse without proof she got sauces. I ordered mobile and added many sauces for my order, there was no fee for the sauces online. she gave me only one soda and I asked if I could have more, because that's what's on my quitting. not because they demand that I have only 1 soße per meal. lest they actually loaded what they didn't do on the app. I had ridden, nuggets a burger they gave me only 1 sose. not sure why all here were so dense/hatten ton with everyone. I was calm, just over. felt like they enjoyed being just rude. will not come back to this particular place
I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. It took 14 minutes for my order, and I'm convinced they'll continue to have issues. This is by far the worst Wendy's in town. Each time I visit, it seems to take forever. I try to give them the benefit of the doubt, but the place is consistently dirty, the staff is rude, and I suspect they have pest problems. The area is always messy, which is why I only get drinks from here—I just don't trust the food. I want to know whom to contact to file a formal complaint because these negative reviews should have prompted someone to address the issues. It’s frustrating that no one seems to be working on improving things. I'm baffled by their slow service, even just for drinks. The employees are just as frustrating as the long lines. Avoid lunchtime here; I've driven past at that time, and the lines are horrendous. You’ll never get your order in a timely manner.
They seem to overlook things at Reeks by Mary Jane. They were aware of the missing items in our order because they had cut it down. When I arrived, she immediately recognized what was lacking. They also didn't have the right portion sizes available and didn't provide spoons for some items. This was quite inconvenient, especially while dining in a hotel. The mobile ordering didn't make things any easier either. On the bright side, McDonald's is conveniently located right down the road.
Typically, this place has been known for its slow service, but the new evening lead has really transformed the experience. She brings a great energy and makes sure that the orders are always fresh when she’s around, and her positive attitude is infectious. I visited every day last week, and she was fantastic each time. The food was hot and fresh, just as she promised. I really hope the other staff can keep up with her pace, as I definitely want to see her during my visits!
The lobby and womens bathroom was dirty. They had no chili or baked potatoes. The fountain machine in the lobby had no ice or any type of drinks. No sweet tea or fresh cookies. When I asked about the oatmeal bars the girl said I don’t know how long they been in the case. She seemed very annoyed when we asked for a fresh drink and more ice
